“AngelHeaded Hipster: The Songs of Marc Bolan and T. Rex” has finally been released!
This compilation of 26 tracks has been teased since April, starting with the video for “Cosmic Dancer,” interpreted by Nick Cave. With the release of the album, comes the new video from Father John Misty with his re-interpretation of “Main Man”
The album was one of the last projects from music producer Hal Willner of “Saturday Night Live” fame who died from Covid-19 earlier this year. In addition to Father John Misty and Nick Cave, featured artists include, Joan Jett, Todd Rungren, U2, Elton John and Lucinda Williams. More information on the album can be found here.
