Rosa Linn films a SoCal Sound Session in studio before performing a sold out Hotel Café show

Originally from a small-town in Armenia, Rosa Linn quickly has become a globally renown artist after successfully competing for Armenia in the Eurovision competition. The SoCal Sound listeners might recognize her song “Snap”, and now her new single titled “Universe”.

Rosa Linn came into The SoCal Sound studios before performing a sold out show at Hotel Café later that night.

When discussing writing “universe”, Rosa explains to Mookie during the interview “it's about unrequited love, and it's about me just thinking, you know, just asking this. What is this? What if this was different?... We would be together and like, you're like you kind of like blaming the circumstances instead of just accepting the fact that it's not going to happen. So that's how I kind of like sort of the idea of like, but in a parallel universe or like in an alternative reality or something like, I think about it a lot and I create scenarios in my head a lot, Like I daydream a lot.”
